Why anyone would do business with a company that stoops so low as to submitting false, erroneous documents to the Canadian Transportation Agency is beyond me.

Yes this is a lengthy read but smack full of facts.

This case deals with the fuel surcharge. Why is it Air Canada can not deal with customers in a way that does not force their paying customers to look to the Canadian government for a resolution to a problem? But once again folks the Canadian government does not seem like it helps out. The only way to speak to Air Canada is not to deal with them at all.
